style=\"--awb-text-transform:none;\"><p><strong><u>Confirmation<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The order is binding when you have received a written confirmation from the Geirangerfjord World Heritage Foundation about received payment.<\/li>\n<li>The Geirangerfjord World Heritage Foundation is then responsible for delivering the program\/activity you have ordered; at the same time, you are financially responsible for the order.<\/li>\n<li>When you make an order, you also confirm that you have the authority to accept on behalf of yourself and any travel companion.<\/li>\n<li>You accept responsibility for the payment being made to us for all travellers in your entourage.<\/li>\n<li>You are responsible for checking that the reservation is in accordance with the booking.<\/li>\n<li>You will be responsible for ensuring that everyone in your entourage is fully informed regarding the contents of your booking and about any changes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Cancellation<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You can cancel your order free of charge up to 48 hours before the activity\/program starts. The paid amount will be refunded in full. You are not entitled to receive a refund for cancellations less than 48 hours before the program\/activity starts.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Complaints<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Any complaints related to deliveries from the Geirangerfjord World Heritage Foundation must be reported in writing within 5 days after the program\/activity has been completed. Complaints submitted later than this deadline will not provide a basis for financial compensation.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Execution of program\/activity<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Geirangerfjord World Heritage Foundation reserves the right to change the program\/activity due to weather conditions, or other conditions beyond our control. All programs\/activities may be altered or cancelled due to security concerns. If the number of registered persons is lower than the stated minimum number, the organizer can call off the program\/activity and cancel your booking.<\/p>\n<p>In the event of cancellation by the organizer, the amount paid will be refunded in full. The person who has booked the trip, will mainly be contacted via the e-mail used when booking. It is therefore important that you check your e-mail regularly for messages.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Liability<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Geirangerfjord World Heritage Foundation has a liability insurance through our insurance company. As participants, you and any travellers in your entourage must also have your own travel insurance.<\/p>\n<p>The Geirangerfjord World Heritage Foundation cannot be held responsible for any loss or additional costs due to delays beyond our control. Examples of these are strikes, accidents, illness or other conditions caused by force majeure.<\/p>\n<p>The Geirangerfjord World Heritage Foundation is not responsible for any values brought by you or any travellers in your entourage during the program\/activity, such as bags, glasses, camera, telephone, clothes etc.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>The participant\u2019s duties<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As a participant, you and any travellers in your entourage are responsible for assessing whether you are physically or mentally fit to participate in the booked program\/activity. You and any travellers in your entourage must follow the rules of order and guidance given by the organizer.<\/p>\n<p>The Geirangerfjord World Heritage Foundation reserves the right to refuse participation in a program\/activity if you and\/or any travellers in your entourage are considered to be a threat to safety. This applies both to you\/yourselves and the other participants. This also applies if you behave in such a way that you are a serious nuisance to other participants.<\/p>\n<p>With your confirmation, you and any travellers in your entourage confirm that there are no medical reasons to doubt your participation in the described program\/activity.<\/p>\n<p>Instructions from the organizer&#8217;s personnel must be observed. In the event that this is not followed, the organizer\u2019s staff have the permission to reject you and\/or any travellers in your entourage from further participation in the program\/activity. In such cases, you will not be entitled to a refund.<\/p>\n<p>In the event that you and\/or any travellers in your entourage at your\/their own request interrupt the participation in the program\/activity, you are not entitled to a refund.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Disputes<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Any disputes between you and\/or any travellers in your entourage and the Geirangerfjord World Heritage Foundation are subject to the jurisdiction of local courts where the Geirangerfjord World Heritage Foundation is located.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"parent":0,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-1419","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.7 -
